Great quality for fast Chinese food! (Of course, I have different standards for Chinese fast food than sit-down Chinese food.) We went here because it was around the corner from our hotel, not expecting much. We ordered a large shrimp and mixed vegetables, an egg roll, and "crispy noodles." The shrimp and vegetables came in a good amount of that mystery Chinese fast food sauce, the kind that tastes kind of like oyster sauce. The shrimp was more than I expected, 10 large shrimp, and the vegetables were nicely varied and perfectly cooked, not too raw that the broccoli was hard to eat, and not over cooked that the veggies were soggy. The egg roll had a nice thick crunchy wrapper, nice because it didn't get soggy right away like regular ones do. The "crispy noodles" were deep fried wonton strips, naturally delicious, and a cheap snack for $0.50. Also, the young Chinese girl who helped us was very patient, answering our questions about portion sizes, how much veggies were in this dish, etc. They do take credit card, but they charge more, so better to pay in cash.

Despite the fact that my last order left me with inedible chicken, I gave this place another shot. Unfortunately I have looked over the menu to realize that this place has been overcharging all customers. They never honor implied service agreements.
If you are looking to have your pockets ransacked and a bout of gastroenteritis, then this is definitely the place for you. -

tl;dr: It wasn't the worst Chinese takeout that I've ever had and it also wasn't the best; it was aggressively mediocre.
Friendly Restaurant is a small family-owned shop with only two tables inside. Considering it's small size, what surprised me the most was that they had brown rice as an option. As someone who no longer eats white rice, this was very exciting to see.
What was less exciting was the dish I had ordered: the Dragon & Phoenix. From the picture provided on the menu, it looked to be an even split of sweet and sour chicken with shrimp. What I actually got was a mountain of sweet and sour chicken and four shrimp nestled within a mountain of onions. It was disappointing to say the least. -

UNFIREINDLY RESTAURANT. Highly rude staff. Try to make an order for 15 people took the whole order then said they wouldn't take a credit card and we would have to come in you pay with credit card. Then we were told that's the only way they would deliver was if we paid for with cash.So they wanted us to come in and pay with a credit card and then take 15 orders out ourselves. I never saw a restaurant lose a business account with 600 employees. Especially since we've been odering for them for years

Everytime I order something different they mess up and say "oh I didn't hear you" and make me travel all the way back to the store to change my order. Boneless wings are pretty good everything else I haven't liked
